Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from CHINA FINANCIAL HOLDING TRADING GROUP CO., LIMITED. By placing an order on our website, you accept the terms of this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

You may apply for return within 30 calendar days after you receive your bag products. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact. Products with obvious wear, scratches, stains or missing accessories cannot be accepted for return.

3. Non‑Returnable Cases

Custom‑modified items, heavily used items, final‑sale items are not eligible for return. Please carefully check product descriptions before checkout.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please send email to care@leefetch.com. Please provide your order number, photos of the item. We will reply and give you return instructions within 2‑3 business days. Do not send goods back without our prior confirmation.

5. Return Shipping Cost

If the item arrives defective, damaged or wrong item is sent, we will cover return shipping cost. For customer‑initiated returns for personal reasons, return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer. Original shipping cost is non‑refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5‑10 business days. Refund will go back to your original payment method. The arrival time of funds depends on your payment provider.

7. Damaged Upon Receipt

If you receive a damaged bag, please take clear photos of product and package and email us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will assess and arrange solution for you.
