    2. Order Processing Orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. You will receive shipping confirmation email with tracking number once dispatched.

    3. Delivery Estimate Standard international shipping for bags usually takes 7‑20 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, logistics peak or other situations out of our control. Delivery time is not guaranteed.

    4. Shipping Fees Shipping cost is clearly shown at checkout before payment. Cost depends on destination country, package weight and shipping option. We may run free‑shipping promotions subject to campaign rules.

    5. Customs Duties and Taxes All import duties, VAT and local taxes charged by destination country are borne by buyer. Those fees are not covered in product price or shipping cost. Please learn about local customs rules before ordering.

    6. Track Shipment Use tracking number received by email to check package status online. If tracking status has no update for over 7 business days, please email our customer service.

    7. Lost & Damaged Parcels Risk of loss and damage transfers to buyer after carrier takes possession of goods. If package arrives damaged or confirmed lost, please contact us within 7 calendar days with photos as supporting evidence.

    8. Returned Undeliverable Parcels Parcel returned to us for wrong address, recipient refusal, customs clearance failure, return freight shall be paid by buyer. Reshipment or refund will only proceed after relevant fees are settled.
